Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure your olive oil arrives in perfect condition.

All orders are shipped from the UK using reliable, tracked delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods or seasonal launches, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us via this form within 48 hours

of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For unopened and unused products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
