About Us

Founded in 2021 in Naipli, NizOlive was born from a passion to honour one of humanity’s oldest and most precious foods: olive oil.

 

Rooted in thousands of years of Anatolian gastronomy, health, and natural beauty, NizOlive brings a modern interpretation to a timeless tradition - guided by founder Nebi Yorgun’s vision to redefine olive oil production with care, integrity, and excellence.

Producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil, NizOlive works with the Memecik olive, Turkey’s only olive variety protected by European Union Geographical Indication (GI) status. Harvested at peak ripeness and produced with meticulous attention to hygiene and quality, the oil achieves an exceptionally low acidity level of 0.2–0.3%, a marker of outstanding purity and flavour.

Often described as “liquid gold” - a phrase attributed to the ancient poet Homer - NizOlive’s oil is celebrated for its intense fruity aroma, balanced bitterness, and smooth finish. Each bottle preserves the character of the land it comes from, carefully stored to maintain freshness, flavour, and nutritional value.

From grove to bottle, NizOlive approaches every stage of production with respect for nature, craftsmanship, and tradition. The result is an olive oil that reflects the richness of its geography and the passion behind its creation - a product made to be savoured, shared, and celebrated.
